Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and documentation included with the product must be returned.
A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or order number) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is received, our support team will provide instructions on how to ship the package back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse / Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ezyteq.com with photographic evidence. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item.

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees.
