Delivery time
Fast delivery is one of our top priorities, as it is a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer fast delivery within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to the entire EU. Outside the EU, the delivery time is approximately 7 days.
Shipping companies
Once you have placed your order, we process, pack, and ship it. We ship your order via GLS. You can choose between delivery to a parcel shop, home delivery, or business delivery.
Tracking number and track & trace
All packages are always sent with a tracking number (track & trace). With this number, you can always follow your package online and view the status of your shipment – all the way to the time of delivery. Once your package has been dispatched and the tracking number becomes available from our warehouse, we upload it to your customer account so you can monitor your package and order status.
